Walnut Grove MN USA | Ran it on a 3600 Kinze this year, first year for both the 20/20 and Kinze. I have the uplift kit as well and feel that is the better part of the whole setup. Also the Precision finger meters, first time with fingers too. Like Greg said large flats just plain don't work no matter what I did, keep in mind that i was going from 98.5 -99% accuracy down to 95% with the flats. It is the only monitor i have on the planter, just not enough room in the cab for another one. Kinze planters cost more to outfit because you need a whole new harness but you leave the old one on. Greg Sauder the owner of Precision Planting owns a JD vac planter and a Kinze finger, both 20 inch spacing. I think one is a 40 foot and the other is a 60 foot, very intelligent man, worth hearing his corn planting advice even if you don't agree with it. | |
