Swmn | can't say enough about the monitor. Allows the operator to see real time what is happening with the planter. I was able to make improvements on my planter that more than paid for the monitor. Specifically I could hone in on the perfect vac setting and diagnose planter drive issues that my stock monitor would never have picked up on. We run a little older JD planter and I had it humming along at 99.7-99.9% singulation all spring. Costs some money to get all the bells and whistles with the precistion system. My stands/seed placement are phenominal. next year Precision is coming with updated software that will control row shut off clutches and variable rate planter control. This will be a really nice all in one addition to the monitor. Currnently running 20/20, Airforce, e-sets, and rebounders. I will install and upgrade to the new software for next season. | |
