Subject: FmX and autopilot problems

Kansas

I just purchased a FmX with Nav II. For some reason the screen tells me it is not able to communciate with the Autopilot. Is there any suggestions? Everything is brand new and I hooked it up myself. The dealer seems too busy to help right now. Actually I think I am his first FmX customer and doesn't know what to do either.
