I had this problem on my Redball pull-type, and discovered that I had the settings wrong with my control valve. After messing with the control valve calibration number and still no fix, I figured out that the valve was a standard valve, and I had it set for fast-close valve. Made all the difference when I got that set right. Might not be your situation, but something to check.
