Subject: swath control pro on pull type

Im running swath control pro on my hardi navigator. When heading into an angle and the boom sections shut off i seem loose almost all my pressure on the remaining sections that are on. However when i run the boom section test at a stand still every thing is working fine. i've adjusted all my sections individually at the valves in the back to keep constant pressure when other sections shut off but this makes no difference in the field. does this have something to do with the min. flow rate number on the gs2 rate controller screen? ive played with it a little with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
