Subject: Freightliner is killing batteries- why?

Southeast Ohio
2008 Columbia, DD14, has 4 group 31 batteries. Put 4 new batteries in it about 2 years ago , and replaced all 4 again last November.

Certainly there is a parasitic leach somewhere and battery disconnect will be installed soon. I usually keep it on a 2 amp trickle charge if not used for a while.

Why and I going thru batteries so fast? They are Napa commercial batteries. Are these junk? Or is my charger ruining them, I use and old Craftsmen 10 amp charger and a few newer 10 A Shumacher chargers.

Electric advice welcomed!
