Nolin Milling would probably send you some angle ring flanges. But I would go with a sleeve of pipe, split, weld some 1/4x 1 1/2 along the split with holes to draw together with bolts. There should be some tube laying around. I have some but too far away. Nolin Milling would sell 10 foot chunk.
