Blooming where I am planted!
I do a lot of "skillet meals" and try to keep the staples for those handy in the freezer--saves a lot of time. I keep bags of chopped sweet green and red peppers (2 peppers to a bag, for a favorite recipe), chopped onions, and the like.
It seems when you're trying to eat healthy, you spend a lot of time chopping veggies!!!
