Crazy thing is, to my understanding, the winning bid came from 350 miles from here. I’m assuming a local farmer is in kahoots on the deal, but the winner of the cash rent auction is from that far away bidding that kind of money
Was there some land that sold for around 6200 in ringgold county last week? 410 rent on 6200 land don’t seem to bad from owner perspective of things
