I sound like a broken record but I'm convinced the majority will cash out. I'm not saying 99%, I'm saying more than half.

Farmer Fred's kids left the farm for whatever reason decades ago. They have built a life doing something else, somewhere else. They are not as invested in the operation since they didn't deal with the ups and downs on a daily basis, they have no clue to sacrifice the generations before them had before they ended up with an estate in the multi-millions so to them getting oh say $2, $5, $10M to live like Paris Hilton, that sounds better than getting $100K in rent every year. Especially since Farmer Fred's son married Tiffany the hairdresser and she would like to look rich as the Rockefellers.
