There exists a computer file format called vcard (.vcf files). This is a common file format used to import/export contacts. You should be able to export your xplornet contacts as a .vcf file, and then import that .vcf file into gmail, outlook, iphone, android, anything.
Best to switch to gmail or outlook so that you aren't tied to your internet provider for email.
