Central SD | Not sure how they came up with that data set. Govt lies to us all the time so you are going to believe what you want. Someday when a group of terrorists turns your lights out I hope you remember this conversation. We are vulnerable and most logical thinking persons know it. Many are in denial much like pre 911. Carry on life is good.
Edit to add: Safe to say the bad guys don’t stay in Texas long once they cross into the US.
