many have no concept of the financial damage that the 1980's did, It takes a couple generations to forget the lessons that were taught back then.
+100 , buy a farm in1980 and it took 25 yrs. to just be abale to sell it for purchased price. Same if u bought in 1922.
I compare farming through the '80's is comparble to those in the '30's depression as missed opportunities later as never believed interest could be below double digits for long
