Cherokee iowa
I started with $400 bucks working hogs for the neighbors when I was 16. Went bought 16 crates $12 a piece. Headed to the banker for a loan for 16 bred gilts. Rest is history. Some debt is considered good debt. Never seen a boat pay for itself well maybe some do if a fishing guide or such. I’m a farmer I want some debt in farming things. Pry even have some after I retire and buy the boat. All I know investments can be made smart and successfully from borrowing money. Bank enjoys a good client. And a good client enjoys his bank.
