| Well this past year if you invested in the stock market at the beginning of 2023 vs, worrying about interest you would’ve made around 18-20 percent more. I’m a stock market and land guy for the long term , interest is going to have to go up a heck of a lot to beat my performance over the last 20-25 years, or land and stocks are going to have to go down a lot. Bought some more stocks today btw, investing isn’t about big bets or crystal balls it’s a life style. Slow and steady.
