Wisconsin | Build a small fire on ones side of the stump at the base. Use a small fan and a piece of ductwork or pipe to fan the flames just enough, but not so fast that it burns up the wood too fast. Keep adding firewood and raking the ashes and dry dirt away from the roots until it's burned through and below the surface. Cover with dirt and plant the bush or tree at least a foot away. | |
