There are parts of that video that don't make sense to me. The harvesting of roasting ears for example, then later mature kernals of corn. Something doesn't add up.
Most food corn are specific varieties designated and contracted by or through the buyer. They have specific milling qualities for food grade. They aren't just random #2 feed corn.
