Wife makes a deal she calls goulash , Ground beef browned in a cast iron skillet , some elbow macaroni , can of diced tomatoes , can of tomato sauce .

Add onion powder ,and garlic powder to taste . we spice it up a bit with some cyanine pepper ,or whatever is handy.

We will throw in a can of rotel peppers if handy .

You can also chop an onion and cook it when browning the ground beef .

We do chili much the same way , most of the time use the 4 alarm seasoning and can of ranch style beans.

Throw it in crock pot and put it on medium. let it cook .
