Pittsburg, Kansas | I don't think I ever had migraines. There was a short period of time I did have some terrible headaches. Been so long ago hardly remember it. Ibuprofen wouldn't touch it and in fact made it worse. Only relief was going to bed. Not good for a 30 something farmer in growth stage of farming.
Turned out it was high blood pressure. Got on blood pressure meds and no more problem.
Since change of diet 5 years ago off all medications and still no headaches. Maybe two mild headaches in the last 5 years. | |
