Nexium OTC 1 daily, can't just take it as needed. The OTC stuff is half the Rx version.
I don't do red sauces (tomato based products) and Cukes, beer, greasy foods and probably some other triggers. If I would moderate my coffee and quit the Diet Dew in addtion to the previous triggers I could probably go without.
