Table sugar is half fructose. Soda pop loaded with it. Fruit juice loaded with fructose.
A byproduct of fructose metabolism is uric acid.
Or take a pill. Allopurinol is a uric acid blocker.
Depends on if you want a cure or just treat the symptoms.
I used to take Allopurinol. Don't need to any more.
