Malta, Illinois | Excellent point about changing the lifestyle. That is generally a key solution to many medical problems. My wife has been on the Ozempic thing for a while now. I didn't think she needed to lose any weight but she did. In her case it doesn't allow her to pig out. It has zapped her appetite to where she is satisfied eating one meal a day. It seems to be working for her but I am not sold on it. It seems like the old system of more calories burned than consumed with decent eating habits is still the sure bet in my opinion. | |
