I agree with your assessment that RR system was overused. We should have stuck with RR for soybeans and improved LL for corn. This would have elminated spraying RR on every acre every year. It would have also preente volunteer RR corn in our rotations.

We are fighting Marestail in one of our fields after 2 RR applications and a shot of Classic. Chalk another location up to herbicide resistant Marestail. In fact we will be walking beans later today, didn't think i would ever be doing that again.

I was on a sales call in your area Thursday, in Hillsboro. Crops look good down there, but the customer was complaining about not being able to put up hay. I heard about several dairies that are hurting and on the verge of foreclosure. Sure hate to hear that.
