It is up to the neighbor to maintain a buffer zone, there is no obligation on your part. You are always responsible for drift, though. Although, if it did drift, I doubt anyone would ever find out.

When I was an organic grower, I had to leave fifty feet from any conventionally managed area, including lawns.
