I've used Ignite at 28oz/acre a couple times as a burn down. You might want to read the Pa Agronomy Guide as per planting restrictions behind Ignite though.
One more point to consider, glyphosate tends to like low carrier rates with larger droplets and Ignite "prefers" higher rates with a fine mist(AKA smaller droplets) so I would be extremely hesitant about mixing those 2 chemicals.
