I believe you found the solution when you chose two planter sections. You were then given the option since you have multi-product unlock. Without the multi-product unlock you would not have been given the option.
When you choose this new configuration to actually plant, you will choose a variety for the left and another variety for the right. They can be the same. The variety maps will show each variety with its own color making a striped color map.
When Ag Leader did this at first way back when, the varieties needed to be different due to an oversight on their part. The trick in those days was to use a slightly different variety name for each side. You might choose DK 54-38A for one side and DK 54-38B for the other side. Later this was changed to allow the same variety to be used on "both" halves. |
