If it's hooked up right, the reel speed will not change the spinner speed.
They don't have an abundance of hydraulics, but they will run it. The biggest problem is keeping the reel pump belt from slipping and breaking.
The two motors on the fans should be in series. The oil from both the reel motor and the XS port on the reel control valve should be combined and going through the spreader.
