Subject: Payloader Leveling indicator

Eastern Ontario

I just purchased a JD 644C Wheel Loader. I noticed that on the linkage in front it has 2 microswitches. One is located on the bucket tilt linkage and the other is located  on the lifting arms.

Are these used to indicate the position of the bucket in relation to the ground? Perhaps a system to tell you when you are at optimal position to strike a pile???

Would that be correct?
