Subject: Loader hyd. popping out of outlets

N. IL
We have a CIH MX110 with a Westendorf TA46 loader. The loader has hydraulic disconnects with ISO tips near the loader (side of tractor mounted near the belly bracket) and the hoses then route back to the rear of the tractor where they are connected to the hyd. remote outlets.

During loader work, one of the hoses will pop out of the outlet. It is not always the same hose, sometimes the bucket but usually the lift hoses. We have changed tips, etc. When this happens I have to relieve the pressure on the loader to reconnect the outlets, usually finding something to push the loader against and releasing the ball on the tip until pressure is off. Not fun in the winter.

Anybody have this problem? We have had quick attach loaders forever and never had this problem before. We will be adding a joystick to this setup and would like to resolve the problem before we make any more changes.

Thanks.
