For the gear increaser put a T in when you take the sight glass out. Put the sight glass back on the end of the T with a plug on top. Way easier to fill thru the plug hole than the breather tube. You’re right about the hums too. Found a fitting that threads in and hose clamped it to a 1/2” hose connected to my pump pail. Saved a lot of time.
