if someone could confirm that the messages should be 1004(1), 1005(30), 1008(30), 1012(1), perhaps 1013?, perhaps 1032?, 1033(10), and 1230(30).
I setup my base to these messages. You could try to connect your rovers to it? It won't be use-able because you are too far away, but it might at least tell you if it likes those messages?

Let me know if you want to try some other combinations. I don't need my base for awhile. I'm pretty sure you are going to need 1006 in there.
