I had a 'lightbulb' moment, and put the original Case dealer Pro700 NTRIP settings in to an iPhone app called 'NTRIP Checker', which then listed all of the messages and their periodicity.
Now I just need to get creative and make a lo-cash caster, and I should hopefully have 2 RTK rovers on my small acreage running FoC...
