Nwmo | We have a 16 wheel H&S bought new last year. The hay around here is to heavy for it, I have to close it up to about 20 foot wide instead of 33 otherwise the hay will hang on the wheels and wrap around the bearings or it will just flip over the wheels altogether and not rake anything. Had Newholland 10 and 12 wheel before that. The rake wheels they put on them are prone to breaking teeth because of poor design. The wheel ring rides right at the bend in the tooth and breaks them off there. The better ones will have the wheel ring ride about an 1.5 in down from the bend in the tooth so that it twists the tooth rather than bend it over the ring.
