I believe the Frontier is simply a H&S in different paint. The best made is probably a Rowse but they are $$$$$. We have a 16 wheel Sitrex that is at least 10 years old and we are happy with it though it doesn't like going through creeks at an angle. It has raked enough hay and stalks that it's to the point the wheel rings are starting to get sharp and cut the teeth. I really like the looks of the Vermeer rakes.
