| I work for a large city. A fellow employee "Jonathan" went to a home improvement store, was interested in purchasing an item, and asked the employee. The employee quoted the price, but then said it could be purchased for a couple hundred dollars if wanted to pick it up out back. "Jonathan" said no thanks. "Jonathan" said that is why stores move out of certain locations. Another employee stated that crime is why there are 2 hospitals and 2 urgent cares within 1 mile in a suburban area, but almost none within the large city. | |
