NC Kansas | Having this exact problem with my '18 ram 2500 tradesmen (not dual zone climate control). I believe the blend/door actuator is working fine, You can take the glovebox out and see it moving yourself. Dual zone may be more complicated. BUT my local mechanic said it sounds like a plugged heater core. Says he's seen it several time in the Ram's. I've got luke warm air at best when it's below 20 degrees outside. Checked my water level changed my cabin filter and no help. Not sure how soon I can get it looked at but i'll try to remember and update here what I find. | |
