I would agree with deeretech, have a ‘14 3500 and have been fighting same problem, have tried flushing heater core a couple time with a noticeable difference but only for a short time, finally gonna give in and change heater core. Truck will hardly defrost the window. Also had to clean evaporator because the 3500’s didn’t come with cab filters but the 1500’s and 2500’s did.
