scmn | Closed shoulder tends to be quieter. I have installed over 40 Transforce A/T and AT2s on my pickup in 380,000 miles. That pickup gets a lot of highway miles, pulls 2 20,000+lb loaded wagons in fields, and pulls gooseneck. They are not the most aggressive but seem to work well for us; tire guy said most complaints were with chipping tread from guys driving mostly gravel. | |
