Subject: RE: pickup tires

Southeast
By far, the longest lasting tires I every put on my F250 were Firestone Transforce H/T. I have also run their Transforce A/T and it lasted well and has good traction. But they are pricy by comparison. I have my first set of Cooper A/T on right now and have been satisfied so far. Great traction but only have about 15k-20k miles on them.
I have tried Falken and some of the other 'off brands' on my other service trucks that are daily driver, mostly road miles and did not like the results. Failures, flats, and wear went way up.
If money is no object, I would push for Firestone A/T's or Bridgestone A/T's if look is an issue.
