SW MN | By the ECU on the back panel in the engine compartment there are two weather pack connectors with blank caps on them, working with the 6 pin connector, remove the cap. Using a volt meter with the key on and throttle set to idle your should read 5 volts when testing between pins D and B. When set to high idle you should read 0 volts. If your engine is running high idle when commanded to idle you are loosing your voltage from the throttle switch in the cab to the ECU and that's commanding it to go to full throttle. Check for green pins at the main harness connection by the top radiator hose and also the connection at the harness that comes below the hydraulic reservoir. | |
