This 4020 is a syncro range and screen is clean. I asked a former mechanic about why I was losing hydraulic oil to front main hydraulic pump. As soon as I stepped on clutch petal for any mount of time started losing steering and front pump starts making rattling noises.

Try running it with the PTO engaged and see if the hydraulics work any longer before you loose your hydraulics.

I will almost 100% guarantee that a new transmission pump is not going to help your problem one bit. As stated below, the pump quits turning as soon as the clutch is disengaged and a new pump is not going to change anything.
