SW OH | That iron number is high, but not fatal. It's odd that all the other metals are so low. Iron is an abrasive that will be grinding away at other metals. 1 sample is not as helpful as multiple samples over time. I don't like sucking from the dipstick tube. It's too easy to scrape off whatever in stuck on the inside of the tube and get in the sample. Throwing away the first sample and taking a second without removing suck tube helps. A live sample is always better. Usually taken from a sample or pressure test port. A particle count analysis would be helpful. It shows how big the pieces are. A wear particle analysis will show you what the particles are made of.
