| My wife started her catering business in 1997. Not long after that she bought a 10" Fleetwood slicer for a little over $500. At the time a used Hobart was about the same price but we couldn't find one. have no idea of how many 1,000s of pounds of beef & pork that thing has sliced but it's still going strong. When she bought it she bought a 2nd belt for it, belt is still in the drawer . Not sure if Fleetwood is still in business but if they are I wouldnt hesitate on buying one. | |
