NW Kansas | Looking to buy a 10” meat slicer. I have a smaller one but bigger pieces of meat get cumbersome to handle on it. Was going to get one from cabelas with my points but reviews weren’t that good. Want one in mid grade ($250-400) as won’t use that often but want one that will give even slices, mainly brisket and ham. Have used ones that the back plate will flex and you end up with thin on one side and thick on other. Hopping someone has experience with a decent brand
