It LOOKS like the particles are round but hard to be certain with those pics. The vast majority of gun barrels these days are button rifled which creates no chips and removes no metal. If yours is cut rifling, any chips produced would NOT be round and ay not removed at manufacture (unlikely) would have been expelled long before the 50th round was fired. It looks to me like molten metal rather than chips. Are you shooting jackets bullets with the jacket closing in the bullet base or is the bullet core exposed to the powder charge?. are these factory or handloads?.
