That got a laugh out of me, we found that people drinking wine need something to eat.
Ryan bought a wood fired pizza oven and that has been a big hit. In fact tonight we have the high school football banquet, we also have had the cross country and soccer banquets.

when you serve pizza there are people that want something else healthy which led to salads. The source we had for lettuce dried up when Covid hit so Ryan decided to grow his own.

On a typical Friday night or Saturday afternoon we will sell around 100 pizzas and probably 30 some salads.
When we have a popular band we will be over 200 pizzas and 50 salads. The pizza oven has been a great addition to the winery.
