If it’s only worth $10,000, why insure it at all? Leave it off the policy. Will you miss the $10,000 if it blew or burned down? Sounds like it would be better gone than to pay premiums on it.
Or is this a rental house and you need liability? In that case you could have liability but not insurance on the house for damage.
