Made some really good chili on Sunday. I just put tomato sauce, tomato paste, half a can of beer, then went through the spice rack, putting several kinds of dried chili peppers, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black beans, kidney beans and ground beef, etc. Never measured anything.
