That solenoid valve pulls or pushes (I don't remember) on the fuel rack that will shut those individual injection pumps off.

If you are careful, make a nice clear scratch mark on one of those injector pumps and block. They are on slotted holes and it is how you set the timing. That and some shims. Make sure you don't change the shims also. You can rotate the pumps in the bore.

Carefully take off one pump and in the hole watch to see if the rack moves when you hear the solenoid click. If it doesn't, give it a little boost carefully with a screw driver. Make darn sure you don't spin the racking on the bottom of the pump so you can set it right back down when you are done in the same spot you took it off. You don't want it one tooth off on timing........ LOL


Edit- to be clear, the injection pump is exactly where it shuts the fuel off. Very likely the reason you don't have output of fuel from the pumps.
