This is so simple.How we do 100's of Qts we sell in our market.Qt mason jar ,1 cup plus of concord grapes,fill rest with H20,apply lid,hot bath,required time.Will need to set in the dark for two months to allow color /flavor to blend.Super.With tart grapes you may need sugar but if nice an high brix,,leave the sugar out.Keeps for years.Will not be purple to start but it will be intense in a couple months.
